I purchased keys for my home. They were a little pricey but they all worked which I can't say about the previous ones purchased at Home Depot. Satisfied overall.

This was perfect. I was a bit afraid that the keys wouldn't work but they were perfect. It did not take long to get the key made. I was able to save my key to the system by fingerprint in case I ever loose my keys. I got 3 keys for $20 and they were cool looking keys. KeyMe is EPIC and smart tech!

I requested services, and no one showed up! The Representative "Ahmad" lied about money not being taking from card before services was rendered! "Ahmad" gave me an alleged personal phone number that someone else answered and he couldn't be reached! I was told by a representative that my reasoning the locksmith team didn't show up was because of an emergency... I later found out by the alleged supervisor that the key couldn't be made....Ahmad said it could be done: another lie... These guys have poor services and are likely scammers

They need to be more clear with their upfront pricing. I was locked out of an old Nissan Sentra. I was told that it was $19 to get the locksmith out to my home and labor would start @ $25. I agreed thinking it shouldn’t cost more than $90. Tech gets here and charges $120 for less than 1 min worth of work. Claiming this vehicle type was harder to open. If you have time try a different company. Their marketing tactics are very deceitful. They overcharge for simple fixes.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Part of my door handle,( where you insert key), fell off following service. The handle itself is damaged, loose and can no longer can be used to open my door. I’ve been contacting them for DAYS for resolution, but I’ve only been met with horrible service by the rude staff and a run around-waiting for their owner to contact me. I’ve been told 3 times that someone was going to call me to repair this and no such thing occurred. I paid $110 on Nov 1st for them to break my door and disappear. It’s the 5th...
